Exhibit FrameBy Uplink Automation
Ownership & privacy

A small tool for a clearer handover.

Exhibit Frame is created and operated by Uplink Automation Private Limited. It is part of our public collection of design and fabrication planning tools.

Built around a specific planning task

Exhibition media often involves several handovers: a display supplier confirms the physical equipment, a product owner approves the explanation, and a production team prepares the content. Screen dimensions, aspect-ratio choices and timing can become unclear between those conversations.

Exhibit Frame brings those three calculations into one free workspace. Use it to compare a source format with a target screen and turn a list of section durations into a downloadable brief. You can use the results with any supplier or production team. No account or purchase is required.

This is a first-party Uplink Automation tool, not an independent review or endorsement of our services. Product and company enquiries can be sent to info@uplinkautomation.com.

Your inputs stay in the page

Screen dimensions, section names, durations and notes are processed by JavaScript in your browser. The tool does not upload these inputs, place them in the URL, use analytics scripts, submit a form or send a planning brief to us.

The app does not store your entries in cookies, local storage or a cloud account. Your edits remain in the current page’s memory and are lost when the page is refreshed or closed. The download button generates a plain-text file locally and asks your browser to save it. Where the file is kept, including any synced download folder, is controlled by your browser and device settings.

The site is served by Firebase Hosting. Loading a web page still requires ordinary network requests, and the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the service. “Local inputs” does not mean the website can be loaded without contacting its host.

Navigation to another site or opening your mail app follows that destination’s own handling of data. If you email us a brief or a correction, that is a separate action you choose to take.

Check assumptions before using a result

The screen model assumes a rectangular active area, square pixels and centred, proportional fitting. The timing tool adds the numbers entered; it cannot inspect an actual edit or playback file. Results do not establish installation fit, viewing comfort, video compatibility or likely visitor response.

The methodology guide includes the equations, a worked comparison and the limits of the model. For a physical installation, confirm the complete manufacturer dimensions and relevant requirements with the responsible supplier. For a media delivery, test the actual file on the intended playback equipment.

To report a calculation or interface issue, email info@uplinkautomation.com with the inputs, the result shown and what you expected. Please omit confidential product details unless needed for your chosen enquiry.
